TOPIC: CHANGES TO WIND & KITE MAGAZINE

CHANGES TO WIND & KITE MAGAZINE 2 years, 9 months ago #21727

Hi All

From this Spring, Wind and Kite Magazine will be no longer. The magazine will now totally represent kiteboarding and will be called NZ Kiteboarder Magazine.
We will continue to support the windsurfing industry by developing a Website to encompass Windsurfing in NZ.

The magazine will continue to publish excellent local kiteboarding content and more of it! We will also be able to do a lot more with local talent and events.

The magazine will also be supported by a new website that will have an electronic version of each issue uploaded so adverts and articles will live indefinitely. More about the website will be released soon.

WE HAVE TAKEN A BIG STEP BY DEVOTING THE ENTIRE MAGAZINE TO KITEBOARDING AND ARE BACKING UP OUR DECISION WITH THE NEW WEBSITE, SO YOUR SUPPORT WILL BE CRUCIAL FOR THE MAGAZINE AND THE SPORT. THE MAGAZINE HAS THE CHANCE TO GIVE KITEBAORDING A REAL IDENTITY ON THE MAGAZINE SHELVES OF NZ AND WITHIN THE SPORTING COMMUNITY OF NZ.

I hope we will have your support more than ever. I will have more info over the next month about the relaunch of the magazine.

Please continue to contact me if you have article submissions or ideas.

Cheers

Willie Davenport

What Plummet is trying to say is there is this guy, pretty much kiting out there all on his own. He goes by the name of Plummet but hes hard to get hold of... if you did decide to talk to him.
