Whats the Best Wind Direction For Kiting At Waihi Beach?

North is possible, but basicly everything with east in it will do! It will get more offshore if the wind turns towards south. Awesome surf from time to time, if you interested in that of course! Have fun!

South-east! Cross-shore-ish and it often picks up a little more wind and waves than Mt Maunganui. Should be good in Tuesday. The waves are really mellow and break a long way out because the beach profile is so flat.

It will work well in anything between North - SE though. Athenree inside the estuary might look really tempting in wind from the west, but it is hellishly gusty.
