Stuck my old camera on my kite and it came out pretty nicely. Unfortunately i spanked it later in the day so the camera needs some TLC to get it going again, but the video quality is not too bad. Anyone else done this?

yeah ive done a bit but i've foud that my olympus has too small a rez for good viewing.

i Know you strung it together using Adobe pro or something, what Cam are you using again? and what size does it put out. i can get 320 by 240 pixels for 30mins or 680 by 400 (or something) for 10 seconds, seems to be a XD card problem.aslo you Zoom in or is that Vimeo clip standard?

Basically used an Optio W30 (think they have a W60 now) & in video mode it shoots 640x480 at 30fps. I could shoot up to an hour at a time on a 4gb card. I usually zoom in a little with the camera just to get a big closer to the action, although in a couple of the shots I did a zoom in post when editing. I edited it with Final Cut Pro, but it could have certainly been done with any editing program. The only reason I went with Final Cut Pro was for the colour grading tools, which I spent a bit of time on to get the look.
