Hi Shane,

South Brighton/New Brighton/North Beach are the places to look at.

These are all on the beach, and rents are some of the cheapest in ch-ch. Can't quite figure out why that is, but it might have something to do with the NE wind that blows every afternoon...

Most three bedroom places should be around the $200-250 per week. It better be REALLY good if its getting close to $300.
