The crew had a huge session on the estuary Saturday.

Pretty much everyone nicely powered on 16-14m kites.

There seems to have been a big shift to more wake style riding down here recently - I don't think I saw a board off move all day.

Handle passes seem to be the move of the time, suface passes on there own as well as out of toe side and blind landed tricks.

Big Raileys are being thrown down almost every tack.

Air passes are being landed consistantly by 4 riders, and I also saw a few others swinging the bar to their hip unhooked - it wont be long until we see a few more of the crew landing those.

I love this time of year, everyone is fit from a good summer of riding, pushing each other and new tricks are getting stomped every session!

Yep sure was a "wakestyle wakestyle" day. Or was it more Cablestyle with some pretty high angles on most lines? It was a smooth 12m day out on the pooza, the soup was smooth as butter, a bit cold on the weedong but still stuck to the shortie.

Yep... and during this time, on the other side of the sandspit, I had heaps of kilometers of beach just for me. Small swell indeed, just what's needed to take a lot of speed and boost.

Took advantage of the clouds and rain to leave the Seaspecs at home and really enjoyed the huge low-end of my new toys, the 12 one...
