so we say something like, Hi Army dudes when are you training with your black ops crew doing live fire ? They were training last year beside us , probably the sas. I have a number for airforce range, but that doesnt stop navy or army. its a cheap fireworks display

That's to say you don't die of boredom on a +2hour drive to the heads when they pass the 30kph driving limit. At least LTSA has no government over kitebuggies yet.

in going up on friday so with a bit of luck they wont have arrived an i will hav already set up my camp....then on saturday when you all arrive i could stall them by faking an uncontrollable downwinder ...... an you can all setup and buggy off in into the dunes...its a crazy plan, but it just might work!!!
anyway, even if they are their we can still go to northhead

Am I right in thinking that driving up at about 6.30am on the Saturday is a safe option with the tide? Then driving back around 6pm on Sunday? Just thinking of the times to get the most out of the 2 days, short of driving up friday night.
I'd rather be in Ruakaka!

thats when were up too wiz and if there is any trouble you will be with others, and have a nice hard packed beach to drive.

we are getting together with gannet at the fire house corner at 6am, but you could easily to the trip with a 4x4 on the day
