Re: Where to buy your next kiteboard???! 8 years, 3 months ago #1778

Yuk!

What a terrible blue list of www.crapboards....

SAVE your money for a good board.

Sorry Underground, I didn't mean your ones!

It is fairly obvious to most people that a disgruntled " business before kitesurfing" retailer wrote this (They stock Underground and none of the others mentioned)

I was stoked to see someone else promoting our dvnt brand without having to do any complete bollox "tell the sheep what to buy" marketing.

You can demo ride our boards ( www.dvntkiteboarding.com ) if you are in New Zealand (or UK) - if you don't like - you don't buy it. You don't buy a board on the basis of being brand pimped, or by being convinced that the aircraft carrier style board is the one for you (probably cos they made too many last year).

We work with retailers.

<< publish reverse lookup results do you reckon anyone?>>

I actually pissed myself laughing when I saw the above thread..

Right, trivia Gods..

Question 1: What kind of a person writes SAVE rather that save...

Question 2: "YUK!" what kind of a word is that.? Is that 'old speak'?
That is really really funny....

As a defender of all Kiteboarding people.

I challenge GUEST to a 'Battle of the Boards'.

To test the metal of the alleged GOOD boards GUEST is so entralled with.

One dvnt production model against any big brand board of GUEST's choosing.

TO BE TESTED TO DESTRUCTION

I await for GUEST to respond.

Re: Where to buy your next kiteboard???! 8 years, 3 months ago #1926

Hi Ian,

How many full production boards have you made this year?
As you are now in full production things must be rocking along.

Are you pumping out the same sort of volumes as Underground?
They were hitting up to 40 boards a week at times.
Where is your main market for all these boards, Auckland must be your main market. I guess there must be around 2-3000 kiteboarders in Aucklnad now to sustain that kind of production volume.

Re: Where to buy your next kiteboard???! 8 years, 3 months ago #1933

Hey guest, why dont you go f%#k yourself, if you think Underground are so good, line them up, dvnt have offered a board for testing to destruction, why don't underground, and for that matter how about decay boards, I'm sure we all would love to see the results. If you all think that your board is the strongest, or the best upwind, or has the toughest rails line em up. Or maybe Wind and Kite, or similiar could do it and publish the results. At the moment its a pain in the arse reading all this shit from brand whores, get out there and put your money where your mouth is!!

While I am not the guest that posts meaningless drivel, I am also a tosser because I am unwilling to put my name to my posts.

And, although I know better I have foolishly fueled the earlier posting tosser by responding.

Gotta go, the school bus is here.

fuck u bastards!! let's get it on at shakers yo fucken hos. Typicial bullshit coming out of people who have no balls to name themselves. The only person who talks more shit than you is blownaway and he had the balls to identify himself. guest vs guest vs guest. shite if we all had no name we would have blown each other up by now and be enjoying a nuclear winter.

yikes someones been wind deprived. did you have your nuts cut off the wrong way or somethin? People are entitled to say what they want without getting told to fight it out at shakers. i'm glad aklbob has shown all the links to these different board brands and it'd be great to get some cheaper kites as well.

and another thing. what the heck has got you so offside with blownaway? did he castrate your cat or somethin.

I see a previous topic i would like to re visit, regarding what sort of volumes you are producing each week? I for one am interested.

Its an honest question, so don't be rude.

Ij just want to know more about your company as your web site has limited information available.

Also, if you want to sell me a board your mates are not helping with such a rude attitude. So if you actually are in full production mode, some figures should be available here to convince potential buyers like me, that you are what you say you are. (too many websites out there with nothing behind them)

Can we come visit your factory in Auckland?
Where is it located?
How many years have you been in full production?

Oh yes, almost forgot.
When I'm in Auckland next week, what shops should I visit to see your Kiteboards.

I would like to answer any questions with regards to our products.

You can of course call us anytime

I would not answer any questions you have asked that are of a business nature.

Come and check out/test our 2 lines of boards when you are in Auckland, I would like to sell you our product. Our products are the substance behind our website. The company has been in operation for a year now and has been gst registered for the past 6 months.

Some substance examples (included/or not on website)

Experience gained by building many kiteboards (20+ prototypes)

Other items of substance could include BEng. Mechanical Engineering (Hons) (inc. composite engineering)

Being very interested in getting feedback from riders which we of course do.

Having ridden an awful lot of other brand kiteboard.

a serious amount of hard work (1 years almost full time work)

and of course a considerable investment (unfortunately).

and don't forget we aim to have as much fun as possible while doing this, while it isn't always easy going, we will strive towards the dream we have for our company.

I could write much more; however, it is probably boring most people that read this website by now.

Have a good next kite session. Give me a call 09 427 6296 (Ian) if you want me to sort out that demo.
