anyone want to venture over to new cal for 1st/ 2nd week of november for a roadtrip?

there is a comp (kpwt + pkra test comp wave and freestyle) during that time and i am keen to go off riding up north too in a hire car camping at poe which is just about one of the best flat water spots around. Think the launch pad in front of the meridian hotel will be a traffic jam should be fun though and can cheer the kiwi entrants on...

just seen teh wave comp has $20 000 up for grabs :shock:

We (Assault Kiteboarding Centre) are planning a trip to New Cal around those dates of the comp(s), and also abit before/after for some freeriding etc. If anyone is interested email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. There is still abit of confusion with what exactly is going on with comps and dates. I have been contacted by the event organiser of the Teri Kitesurf Pro and he said there is no KPWT this year, then others are saying there is a KPWT. Guess we have to wait and find out.
