there is a small beach break at the southern end of the 15km main
beach and some bigger waves on the beach south of Mui Ne
some flat brown water in the river Was told that about an hours drive down the coast is a good flat water spot where the wind is offshore

I hired a old boxer off a company on the beach $40 US an hour ( I crashed it doing a loop and put a 30cm rip in it ) now they wont hire to me again So futher down the beach I found AIRWAVES run by a top Scott nice english guy very helpfull he rented me a new fuel, nice kite until I put a hole in it! When i gave it back he laughed about it charged me an extra $20 and told me to come back tomorow When I turned up the next day he had another brand new kite for me to rent I broke the depower rope on that one haha hope he still wants to rent me a kite today even though my body and budget could do with a rest

Can anyone tell me if they have claimed kiting gear on travel insurance?

I have claimed insurance on two broken kites, and a snapped board. All three times the insurance company paid out no worries (VERO Insurance). The policy I have specifically covers sports equipment. But they have a maximum payout of $1600 so I had to fork out a bit of cash to get a new one, still better than nothing.

My bag has turned up the wind is still cranking Life is good
