I saw them upwind of me at kite beach (maui) yesterday. Definately eye catching in the sky, they loked like a bunch of bumble bees heading out to sea.

Spoke to a guy in Paia who rode it and he thought it was ok, aparantly the LE concave helps relaunch. I dont know anything else about it but I am sure someone will fill u in!!

Just got in last night. I stayed at Tropo house in Haiku - very nice B&B for $79 USD a night. You need a rental car though, dont go through the airport like I did, way too expensive. There is a place called word of mouth that rents cars from Kahului. Thats where I would go next.
