What an awesome freeride. And epic wave riding in the right places recently!

The camera is now jammed full of sand and not working so that means it is time to get on it and edit together the DVD entitled "Freedom to Ride" as I can film no more...

A local dvd featuring Moosemeet, Freeride, other Raglan sessions, Orewa, Muriwai, Kariotahi, Slam section, helmetcam, heaps of local riders and a special feature on Kents ride in the most bizzare weather front ever seen (don't do this at home kids).. Don't expect Space Monkeys 3 (we got meaty waves though...) but some quality local footage of some great sessions to watch from the past 5 months featuring as many riders as I could point the camera at...

Ready within 4 weeks.

not sure yet what was the non mates rates price of yours - would be nice to get a bit of cash towards a working camera

You will be able to buy the DVD from the 12th Feb - from website.

I will also have the first batch of DVDs available in Nelson at the nationals, look out for me in the black delica van with dvnt stickers...

If you are keen I am sure we can sort out a drinks night at on of the bars in Takapuna.. I know they have some big screens. I have a few good DVDs that we could also play

Golly is also in the process of finishing his new video - should be available for download soon. As soon as we resolve some "creative differences"....

Ha ha. I had a creative difference with the technology behind making dvds - enough to go slightly insane - it took 7 *4 hour renders to fix one stupid little problem...

OK don't expect Space Monkeys 2 (its a local DVD) but you are going to see some awesome footage/backdrops and some sick NZ riding the likes of which you will find nowhere else. Collected over 5 months I tried to get every freestyle/wave rider into the DVD I could. We have had some great feedback from those who have already got a copy...
