Sick of landing powered with one foot loose or about to pop out of my foot straps!!

What are people riding as a alternative to basic foot straps??
Don't really want to go to a full binding.
Whats out there and where and how much :?:

I have the same problem!!!

I always see other people doing tricks and landing sweet and for some reason my feet always pop out!

Ive quickly tried other people bindings and the ones with like a checker plate foot base...you know the ones i mean?like underground and cabrinha, dvnt i think have them, seem to feel like they hold in your foot better. mine are not like that, they are smooth. I would like to put underground pads on my board, that would help.

I currently use the heel bungee things with my foot straps. They work ok, occasionaly the get blown off down to the bottom of your heel when you hit some chop wrong. But other than that they make lil chop jumps feel way more solid for me.

you can get them from WSP, just go see jamie and he will sort you out. I dont think they are that expensive.

Hey, I have come from a wakeboarding background and have had a few problems with popping out of the ole foot straps.... I have tried the silicon rubber heel straps but they dont work as well as good old mountain bike inner tube.

It would take more than flashy bindings to make you look cool Fear :!:

Just get sum full on bindings and get another board with foot straps for your board-off batton twirling sessions LOL.

Nice pics from the coast. Must have been windy

Hey Canadian Smiley Boy, got a girlfriend yet??
There must be some mountain bush pig that will have ya - HAHA!!
How's Canada treating you, got your tongue frozen to anything yet?

There's no gay baton twirling moves in my extensive rpertoire. You may need help reading that word Smiley, just ring your mother - I do
I'm so cool every morning when the sun gets up, that actually me bending over - yes the sun does shine out of my ass

Pic's of the Coast: maxed on the 16M and then maxed on the 12M as it picked up. Masive metre's of kite killing white water as per usual. I managed not to break anything this time, Nick had to punch out of his kite out the back in the big stuff. To far out to swim, so I dragged him in. Which seemed like a good idea at the time, until this wave jacked up out of no where and rolled us  two bodies, two boards and powered kite -not a good combo when your getting pulled everyway under a couple metre's of foam. Popped up ready to start slashing lines thinking we'ed be bundle tied, but my trusty Naish Raven was just sitting there waiting. About 5 kite loops and we were f@?ken outa there!!
Got to the beach, Nick had a circle of sand around his lips from kissing mother earth

Coming back for the Nats??

Binding would be good until your beached and have to piss around getting in and out.

No pressure here man, I'm doing what I've always done plus a few more unhooked knee drilling moves??

Tim P is back into the sport going hard out with the handle pass's - 2 days straight this week. Most he's kited in a year or two??

Ben has been going hard out too, so could be a come back for the Picathy bro's.

Andrea the Slayer will have to take on Sue Kay?? close call
