Hi I am new to the 'The Kite' and need some professional help. i live in Musket cove / plantation island resort in fiji onboard my converted prawn trawler. I am willing to swap accom for some lessons, you can live onboard, have your own cabin and just share food booze costs, I just BBQ and am at the dock right below the $2 bar! place is full of good people and its a nice atmosphere. I dont suppose i need to tell you that this is one of the best kiting destinations in the Pacific.

I just bought my SLE 9m from Steve Loughlin of Air Tourqe water sports who was up here on holiday. i will be here until the 27th Septemeber.

I have a RIB to save my sorry arse, or yours but I am hoping you will be better than that!

I hope Steve got some wind because I was next door to him for a week and got zero kiting in 7 days, as I left he was on the water, bummer!
There's always guys at Plantation with kites and i'm sure most would give you a couple of lessons, just rock up at the beach and ask, especially if the wind is light.
